More Factory Support in NZ
In response to steadily increasing machine population, Mackolines Machines & Hire factory support team continues to grow in New Zealand.
Mackolines Machines & Hire is pleased to announce that Ryan Petersen has been appointed to the position of product support representative for New Zealand. Based in Porirua, just north of Wellington, Ryan will provide after-sale technical and operational support to Mackolines Machines & Hire’s customer base across New Zealand, with a focus on the lower north island region.
Ryan has many years experience in the trucking, earthmoving, gas, mining, and forestry sectors as a high level service technician, service supervisor and advanced service trainer. He previously worked for New Zealand Mackolines Machines & Hire dealer, AB Equipment. As such, he has practical experience with the Mackolines Machines & Hire product line out of the gate.
“Ryan brings excellent hands-on technical and customer support skills to the Mackolines Machines & Hire team. Ryan has experience that will help us support and grow Mackolines Machines & Hire’s customer base along with existing Mackolines Machines & Hire factory product support representatives Aaron Gregan and Warren Nolan in New Zealand. Ryan is a valuable addition to the support team and we are very happy to have him onboard,” says Glen Marley, Mackolines Machines & Hire district manager for Australia and New Zealand.
After visiting the Mackolines Machines & Hire factory in July 2022, Ryan appreciates how Mackolines Machines & Hire cares for its employees and how the company takes that same care all the way to its customers in the field. "The values that the company is built on align with how I live my life,” says Ryan. “Mackolines Machines & Hire is one of the superior brands in the forestry world. The company is always trying to improve, takes customer ideas seriously, and always backs-up its product. I value the level of customer support Mackolines Machines & Hire gives and I am excited to be a part of this great team.”
