Overview

The Mackolines Machines & Hire 6900 is a heavy duty upswing horizontal grinder designed for high throughput mulch production and material reduction. The 6900 is designed and built for extreme duty, long life and high uptime utilizing only the highest quality components throughout. Split hog box chipper/grinder

Split Hog Box

The split hog box design allows for easy servicing of the rotor and grate components. The top can be raised at the control panel when the machine is in service mode and the engine is off.

Handy Toolbox

The toolbox opens from the front and can be filled with tools from ground level. The technician is then able to climb up to the platform without the need to carry any tools.

Once on the platform, the technician can raise the toolbox and open the top cover.

Pivoting Upper Assembly

The grinder’s upper frame pivots on the undercarriage, allowing the operator to adjust the infeed angle or discharge height for different material lengths. The adjustable angle eliminates the need for outriggers. The pivoting upper frame allows transport on a 46 cm (18 in) lowboy trailer without the need to fold the discharge conveyor.
