Overview

The 865 is purpose-built to eliminate the design compromises found in excavator conversions. The upper frame assembly and undercarriage are designed for forest duty and ease of service.

The rear entry cab is large, comfortable and easy to access. The operator is positioned up high with a commanding view of the work area and excellent sightlines in all directions.

The hooked main boom geometry and forward cab positioning provides unmatched visibility.

Component layout and access sets a new standard with a tilt-up roof enclosure, drop-down service platform and a rear access door integrated into the cast counterweight.

Safe walk-up access to all service points and to the rear cabin entry door.
